Our last Fifty Linden Friday (for now)

It’s been a lot of fun but it’s time for us to step back for a while. Sileny’s got a lot on her own plate, and I’m working on starting up my own real-life clothing brand! These things are incredibly time-consuming, not leaving us with enough time to handle our business responsibilities in SL as well, so until we both have more time, Adore&Abhor is going on indefinite hiatus. Most things will be (slowly) added to the Marketplace.

We will still be open for about another month, and hosting a 50% off sale. Not everything will be added (especially not the gatchas) so get them now, while they’re not only available, but on sale.

FLF- an extra round!

 

I’m in for an extra bonus round of FLF this week. Surprise! So here’s an outfit for the day after valentine’s day. Or really any day, but it seemed thematically apt. In the package you get: Shoes, tights, shorts, shirt AND a Lolas applier (that works on both tango and lush).

Now usually I put my FLF items out afterwards, but this one’s special- just for today- so get it while you can!

Also: Sileny is putting her lipsticks that she had in for SFW a few weeks back in store, so you can nab them there!

Shimmery Shoes & Unicorn Horns!

Firstly, there’s a new thing for the VIPs because I figured out how to make the style of unicorn horn I wanted in Maya while I was messing around, so I figured I’d share! (Also I MAY OR MAY NOT have been prancing around for the last two days as a unicorn princess.)

I made new shoes. These pumps are  mesh, unrigged (so you can resize) and 100% hand-textured and handmade by me, including the lace and glitter. The rainbow pumps are only included in the fatpack.

The nude pumps are out for THIS WEEK ONLY and then they’ll be gone forever… AND they’re half the price of the regular singles.

My  friend Arora liked the shoes so much that she went and made some matching dresses, so for the next week, we’ll have each-others’ matching items at our stores! Check it out!

Some sketches and previews and such!

So this is the kind of thing that I start with, when working on shoes. I draw them up first, then put the views on flat planes angled so that they line up properly in the orthographic views and start working!

And now some little preview sketches of plans! It’ll probably change a bunch between now and then, but a new mesh store build is in the works!
